Our Mission

The Latina Muslim Foundation is a non-profit charitable organization with the underlying mission of providing humanitarian relief services to all humans alike.

Our Goals

  • To provide quality humanitarian relief and social services to include food, water, clothing, and shelter to muslims and non-muslim adults and chlidren, orphans, refugees, immigrants, and anyone who is poor and needy, experiencing financial hardships, or suffering from a natural disaster.
  • To teach about Islam and Arabic to Latina Muslims, children, and others throughout California and the border cities of Mexico
  • To create and implement programs that promote peace and understanding of the Islamic faith and culture between muslims and non-muslims

Who are we?

The Latina Muslim Foundation is a 501 (c) 3 non-profit "Public Charity" organization and has international status as an NGO. As an NGO, The Latina Muslim Foundation is registered in Tijuana, Meixco as a non-profit religious organization.

Our Services

The Latina Muslim Foundation's services include the following:

  • Providing quality humanitarian relief and social services to include food, water, clothing, and shelter to muslims and non-muslim adults and chlidren, orphans, refugees, immigrants, and anyone who is poor and needy, experiencing financial hardships, or suffering from a natural disaster.
  • Islamic Education and Arabic classes for women and youth in San Diego, San Rosaritos, and Tijuana
  • Provide community dawah outreach activities that emphasized peace and understanding of Islam among Muslims and non-Muslims.

The Foundation's Workforce Profile

Currently, the foundation consists of a small dedicated staff and committed volunteers of both sides of the border who give their time and energy to assist in providing humanitarian relief, propagation of Islam, and to promote peace and understanding of Islam and its culture between Muslims and non-Muslims
